3. Naučite da se stavite u položaj drugog čoveka i shvatite šta je potrebno njemu, a ne vama. Ceo svet će biti uz onoga ko uspe to da uradi.
4. Budite zauzeti. To je najjeftiniji lek na svetu, i jedan od najefektivnijih.
5. Ako poželite da promenite nekoga počnite od sebe. To je korisnije i bezopasnije.
6. Zamisli najgore posledice koje može da izazove tvoj postupak, unapred se pomiri sa njima i onda dejstvuj!
7. Osmeh ne košta ništa, a mnogo vredi.
8. Mnogi zovu lekara kada im je potrebna publika.
9. Ljude ne zanimamo ni ja, ni vi. Ujutru, u podne i uveče oni se bave samo sami sobom.
10. Kada čovek započne rat protiv samog sebe on već vredi nešto.
11. Jasno je da vaš muž ima nedostatke, ali da je svetac nikad vas ne bi oženio.
